SALON POLICIES

  • Life happens — and I completely understand! To keep things running smoothly and ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve, I kindly ask for advance notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. For vivid and creative color services, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. All other services require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • When booking large vivid or creative color services, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your final service cost. If you need to cancel a large service with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount will apply.

  • To help streamline scheduling and protect appointment times, I do require a credit card to be kept securely on file. This allows for easy processing of any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. If no card is on file, any outstanding fees must be paid before booking future appointments.

  • Running Late-We all hit traffic or have days that don’t go as planned, so if you’re running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure you receive the full service you deserve. If I haven’t heard from you within the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will be considered a “No Show.” In that case, the full amount of the reserved service will be charged. Again, if no card is on file, the fee must be paid before booking another appointment.
